Family 1st Investments, Inc. is a sister company to K-First Home Solutions. Family 1st is a real estate investment company specializing in purchase, rehab and selling distressed residential properties. The funding for these real estate investments is short term. We have purchased, rehabbed and sold several properties just since last year. We do a very thorough investigation on the property and the surrounding community before we start the funding process and provide our investors with a detailed report of that investigation. We target areas where the days on market is less than 90 days so that our investors can enjoy the fastest return on their investment.
