SERIOUS INVESTMENT OPPROTUNITY
I first became aware of this property in 1996 (URL removed) terrain of the property is extremely steep with cliffs at the lower end. The cliffs are in a Half Moon shape enclosing a flat area of a 150 acres plus. The total plot of the property is 420 acres.
While assessing the property I spent the night; and it being late in the day and a two hour hike back to my truck. In the evening I did a little gold panning by one of the waterfalls coming over the cliffs.
I found some Free Gold just beneath the sand. The price of gold at that time was $280.00 per ounce. I panned about a $100.00 dollars worth in a short time.
Back in town I researched the geology of the area. It is a rich mineral area and according to the Metzger Map of the area there are 27 Mining Claims within close proximity of this undeveloped location.
Further study of the topographical geology of this property reveals that the cliffs were the result of Glacial carving. The steep terrain on that side of the mountain was also the result of a Glacier cut.
To make a long story short; Nature mined the hillside and I strongly suspect Heavy Mineral Deposits on the flat below the cliffs.
Using the latest available High-Tech Equipment to locate pockets cracks and contours ect. We can map / grid out locations for core drilling. The core drilling will determine whether to continue further exploration.
We are looking foe 10 Investor’s at $3,500.00 each to provide the Startup Money.
The Startup Money will be used to determine the Value of the claim. At that time the remaining Shares (Stock) will be sold at a calculated price of plus or minus $35,(URL removed)lars.
The original 1% percent investment of $3,500.00 could then be Valued at $35,000.00 Dollars.
The initial exploration and mineral assessment will be completed in approx. 60 Days.
