Description:
My husband and I have the dream of owning gorgeous land that we can lease for hunting on. My husband is a avid hunter and knows all the ins and outs of doing so. I have a love of cooking, planning and caring for others. We have found the perfect place to do all of these things!
In Wimberley Texas there is a 83 acre home with it's own stocked lake and river that runs through it. The home is master planned with 5 bedrooms! It comes completely furnished as well! There is also a guest home that would be used to rent to guests and it is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are horse stable so we could care for horses and so much more!
Our plan is to find the right investors who can help us buy this property so we can turn it into an ultimate resort!
What we plan to offer-
Hunting
fishing
weekend gettaways
weddings
parties
horseback riding lessons
a bed and breakfast
care of horses by renting stalls
and so much more!
We can't do this without YOUR help! You help us get the property and get all the supplies we need to open and YOU can come visit here anytime for FREE! Plus we would of course create a contract where you would get a portion of sales each month as well(can't forget that!)
You will be making our wildest dreams come true and we can all profit from it!
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
contact me today so i can give you more details on the property :)
Thank you,
