I have two awesome ideas. The first of which is an extremely major venture that would require a rather substantial amount of funding and expertise from others, but would absolutely change the face of America and eventually the world. Yes, it's that major. It would require millions to get established, but it would save the American taxpayers billions while potentially making initial investors billions. It also may be that the government may "foot" most of the bill with grants. We haven't gotten that far enough yet to find out. Other than potentially making the initial investors billionaires, here are some other positive aspects of this program:
1. Crime rates will decline
2. Repeat offenders will decline
3. Prison populations will fall off
4. The quality of minimum-wage-workers
