my Company consists of me as the only active member at present.
The idea was mine alone. The product is a line of four designs
of purifyers for the liquid coolants that are used in Machine tools. The four models are different only in size. One for every MPT size pump line. Mega Cleaner uses no chemical, has no moveing parts, but is 100% effective in the process of killing the bacteria in the coolants. These bacteria are responsible for the coolant going bsd and haveing to be replaced while following EPA guidelines because it is also TOXIC at this point. Mega Cleaner kills all the bacteria and returns the liquid coolant to the Machine in a clean, non-toxic, useable condition. The coolant, after puification, will remain useable and non-toxic for as long as Mega Cleaner is in use. The process consumes only a small ammount of Electricity.
It is much less expemsive than anything that has been tried to date to combat the problems created by Anaerobic Bacteria. All prior attempts have cost in the Millions and were not capable of doing anything like what Mega Cleaner will do. Mega Cleaner will be priced in the thousands rather than millions. The cost of Mega Cleaner will be offset by reduction in overhead costs associated with coolant replacement in just a few months. Other uses for the Purifyer are being studied.
