Green Crest Properties is a full service real estate investment firm in the Greater Cincinnati area. Green Crest Properties acquires abused single family homes at a significant discount, rehabs the home using our systemized approach, and then sells the home at below market value for a quick sale. We have completed 18 fix and flips over the past year and are looking to expand our business by purchasing and selling 5-6 properties per month over the next twelve months to payoff out start-up debt and begin to turn a profit in 2009. We have been able to systemize the process from finding the properties, to funding with private mortgages, rehabbing the home, and selling to first time homebuyers or tenant buyers in a relatively short period of time. With the current real estate market it has become very easy to find vacant and abused properties at significant discounted prices. Due to the fact that we are able to purchase these deeply discounted properties we are able to pass the savings on to our client's who are looking for a nice home in a working class neighborhood.
Green Crest Properties also owns a 53 unit mobile home park in Aurora Indiana and rents or lease options single family homes.
Green Crest Properties has just started to expand its property management division for mid-class properties (100 units or less) by taking its knowledge from managing its own properties and focusing on increasing the overall value of our client's investments.
