We are a UNIQUE real estate services company. We are NOT like any other real estate company, we are the NEW real estate. Our purpose is to assist the industry in embracing and growing in the changed real estate arena.
We have created a new segment to our business which is a form of seller financing called Beat The Bank Program. Our program allows buyers and sellers to complete real estate sales transactions without the use of traditional financing. We prepare the buyer to be able to refinance in a 1-2 year period. This enables the seller to sell in a loan challenged environment to buyers who need some time to improve their credit, which occurs during the term in our program, we report the payments to the credit bureau which builds the buyers credit.
Our original based business is rental homes, we have opened a new concept store called the Rental Home Store. This has been a smashing success and we will open these stores nationwide along with our Beat The Bank Program.
Additionally, we are investors agents and have a full service for investors who want the profitability of real estate but not the time invested. We sell to investors turn key,already cash flowing!
