Description:
Something new in women’s fitness, not just a place with lighter weights or smaller machines, but a place created by a woman for all women. It is a fitness center designed to provide women, regardless of their fitness level, with a spiritual place, full of energy, fellowship and an assortment of exciting, challenging and fun classes. Glisten Fitness is a welcoming, exhilarating, totally feminine environment. Renovations are underway now, so look for us in April 2008 in the Kings Mall, Kingston NY (the former Fit Lady Space).
