Description:
I am trying to start up a development/builder company for high-end water front properties in South Florida. Would like to find someone who is willing to work side by side with the aquisition of funds. I have lots of experience with construction/development projects and lots of contacts in the industry. Im open for any ideas with this, I'll accept either doing all the work and just help with the funding or someone who wants to work 50/50 and be around the projects. I am looking for someone serious, who is a go getter, has experience in the construction business, and not afraid of todays housing market. I want to establish a high-end company were customers feel important and know they will get a great quality product. Thank you.
