We are seeking funding for real estate purchases with the intent to operate or condo convert. We are hoping to secure up to $100Mil in investment capital which will allow us to develop a portfolio of approximately $1Billion in real estate assets. We will operate some properties to secure a steady cash flow and liquidate through condo conversion or other means to increase return on investment. Asset liquidation may begin before the entire portfolio has been developed. Expected return to the investor could be as high as 200% over the next 5 years.
Target properties are in the Florida, Arizona, California, and Nevada markets but may not be exclusive to the United States.
