Description:
Universal Care Groups, LLC was established to provide a smart health and wellness employee benefit option US employers can add to their existing employee benefits programs and this continues to be our primary purpose. Our Plan offers employee retention value with a virtually net-zero cost to employer and employee for benefits accessible to a wider group of employees than traditional group insurance that encourage a healthy workforce overall.
We are now adding a Compliance Division to address employee identity verification requirements in the US and are seeking capital to grow and scale our business, including making at least one significant acquisition to add established, recurring revenue to our company. UCG will soon launch a next-gen SaaS I-9 work authorization solution to include biometrics and value-added propositions like background checks and new hire drug testing options.
We are currently planning to acquire a tech firm with $10.7 million cumulative revenue generated between 2018 and 2025. They have experienced 322% growth since 2018 with 186 unique clients including GE, Hilton, Foot Locker and American Express and many others of a similar profile. The firm will build out a proprietary HR Compliance platform for UCG during the first few weeks of joining our team.
Regarding HR Compliance, 11.4M US employers must verify the 66 million annual new hires’ identity and legal authorization to work in the United States with a single form, the I-9.
- 528 varieties of IDs
- 180 pairs of IDs whose legitimacy cannot be verified
- 75% not government enrolled (e-Verify system)
True authorization to work is impossible. In addition, compliance remains a primarily manual process while work-related identity fraud and worksite enforcement is on the rise.
MARKET GROWTH POTENTIAL IS MASSIVE: HR Compliance Software (US): $5.22B by 2031
SALES TARGET:
DIRECT to 11.4M employers with 66M+ new hires annually
88% small (< 1,000 employees)
12% large (> 1,000 employees)
HOW: Direct sales subscription (Employer) + transaction (New hire) model - AFFORDABLE TO ALL SIZES OF COMPANIES
We are currently working with multiple high profile US companies as well as with several Native American Indian Tribal Nations to put our Section 125 Health and Wellness Plan in place, allowing them (and their employees) to realize hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax savings immediately, rendering the Plan essentially a zero net cost addition to their employee benefits programs. We expect to close many of these accounts and go to revenue before 2025 year end. Based on our current forecast, UCG will be a $10M per month company before Q4 2026. With an NDA in place, we can disclose several Fortune 500 companies included in our current forecast totaling hundreds of thousands of employees.
These are the same companies who need an effective and efficient I-9 verification solution, therefore, we intend to market this division of UCG simultaneously as it has a much shorter sales cycle. All of our services cross-pollinate.
Important to note, UCG has a customized and high-level AI team to help us navigate the day-to-day operations for all of the above.
