I have been investing in condos and single family homes in the greater Denver Metro area for about 6 years now.
I have recently partnered with a life long friend who owns a property management company in the area.
Together we want to take advantage of the strong buying climate that is occurring in Denver at the moment.
The buying opportunity in the Denver area is extraordinary right now. There are great opportunities to buy into equity positions and cash flow properties.
The types of homes we are looking to buy would be under 100k a piece and be primarily single family homes. Although in the future when the market shifts to multiunit buildings being more attractive we will gladly move up to a higher pay scale.
