My partner and I have been making wine are currently fermenting our 4th vintage of wine. We generate about 100 cases a year of primarily bordeaux type blends. It is currently for personal use only as we are seeking funding to get licensed as a winery. My partner and I are both chemical engineers with a high level chemistry background. We firmly believe that with some funding assistance, we can make wine to compete with anyone in the american market. We have 3 vintages of wine available to anyone who wants to gage our skill level
