Our startup company, Real Es. Invest, LLC is located in Orlando, FL. We're looking for all available options to raise $25k in small business funding in order to fuel the growth of our Real Estate business. At this point, Real Es. Invest, LLC currently has annual gross sales in the region of $250k or Less. I have included some additional information below relating to the purpose of the funds and the type of funding that I think would be the best fit.
Real Es. Invest, LLC is primarily interested in receiving capital from:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) These funds will be used solely for buying and selling Tax Deeds, Real Estate Owned, and Short Sales. This is our first stage of business; building capital. In the near future, Real Es. Invest, LLC would like to have a portfolio of rental homes where our clients will live while rebuilding their credit. While occupying one of our homes, they will be under some type of credit counseling program where they would learn how to manage their money. Please note that this stage of business is still in the planning stage.
