Description: WE ARE A START-UP WITH A VERY UNIQUE INVENTIVE PRODUCT THAT WE WILL MANUFACTURE AND SELL THROUGH THE WHOLESALE MARKET TO THE RETAIL CLOTHING INDUSTRY AND WHICH WILL SELL VERY WELL OVER THE INTERNET WITH A GREAT ROI FOR YOU. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING. We were successful with the very first account we called on- Footlocker- DURING OUR FIRST START-UP. WE received a big order for 55,008 units = $46,48, with the assurances it would be repeated each month = $557,781K from one account IN OUR FIRST YEAR. Then we got shafted. We will be successful this time around as we are dealing with reputable people with tighter controls. PLEASE READ ON – WHAT IS A ROBBIE’S FIX-A-HAT® When the little nubs break off on the adjustable hat strap on your baseball hat and you can’t adjust your hat anymore, you either throw the hat away or throw it on a closet shelf. Our survey shows there are 40 Million hats sitting on the shelves around America. ( DO YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS HAVE A HAT ON THEIR CLOSET SHELF NEEDING A NEW STRAP? ASK THEM) When you can fix your favorite hat with a ROBBIE’S FIX-A-HAT for $2.95, it's a no brainer. To fix a broken hat strap, one simply cuts off all but a 1/2” of the old strap on each side of the hat and snaps on a Robbie’s Fix-A-Hat on the remaining 1/2” on each side. Voila it’s fixed. WE are NOT a typical Start-up. Some years ago, after investing over $250K, we were ready to go into full production to deliver on booked sales to Footlocker for 55,008 units=$46,481.76, with that amount each month or $557,781 annually. BUT due to a serious problem caused by the strap producer, it did not happen. He had filed for bankruptcy, unbeknown to us, and demanded that we and several other customers pay off his bankruptcy. When we all refused, he made all our collective molds totally inoperable (smashed them) and we didn't sue because he had no money, so the FIX-A-HAT project was put on the back shelf due to our working on a much larger project. I decided now was the time to get it produced and sold. I have most of the necessary needs filled to get this company going. We have the print material ready to go. I have a quote of $75K for the production of the dual 4-cavity injection mold and $75,000 for the metal teeth mold. Although, due to projected sales, we may need a larger injection mold, which I am working on now. There is a company that will produce the straps, assemble the units and ship them to the customers. We will buy the molds on a lease-purchase over 5 years which require 10% down payments. I need $35,000 to get everything ready for full production, which includes the above plus legal filings, attorneys, accountants, web design, office set-up, including personnel, travel expenses and miscellaneous items. I have spoken with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Footlocker and others and they are VERY interested. After all of the above is set up, I intend to hit the road and get signed orders. A list shows 10,766 STORES in just 10 chain operations and they are just a tiny portion of stores selling ball caps and which would sell ROBBIE’S FIX-A-HAT. The molds will take about two months to be ready for production and I will spend the first month getting everything else ready to go. IN the second month, I will be out getting signed orders from those 10 chain stores, starting with Footlocker. We’ll be shipping in 60 to 75 days. AND – Having spoken to many of the 10 Chain operations, I expect to at least double and maybe triple my projected sales for the first 6 months. I will REPAY the loan in 90 to 120 days WITH 10% Interest The investor will receive 4% of net profits over a 5 year period of operation with a guarantee of $300K. 4% of Net Projected Profits 2020=$29,063 /2021=$79,464 2022 =$138,984/2023=$171,450 2023 =$198,504 TOTAL=$617,465 I have been asked, "Why would you give so much for such a small loan"? I replied, " If you could make $15M over 5 years, what would you give"? Jolly Clark (Phone # removed)(URL removed) PLEASE CALL SO WE CAN TALK, I AM SURE WE WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IN YOUR PORTFOLIO.
