Description: I am a private real estate investor; licensed real estate principal broker (28yrs); and I am a new home builder with over 830 homes built from 1972-2012. I am transitioning from traditional building to private real estate investing. My business model is that I will be investing in higher-end homes that I can get at a discount and resell; fix and flip; wholesale; buy and hold; or other exit strategies. I need to develop a working relationship with a lender who can provide funding for my projects. I need to know what type of documentation you need from me about the project. Do you have a template that you use? If not I have my own template that I use to document the project. I would like to talk to you to see if I can develop a relationship with you. If we can develop a working relationship I would use your services for my projects. I do not "buy" just anything. I research my potential projects (Due Diligence) and this takes time.
