I am seeking to purchase 100-300 acres in Southern Ohio to create a Motor Cross Track which will be part of the 12th district AMA. The track will host AMA sanctioned races. When the track is not being used for races it will opened to the public for a pay as you enter event. Currently there are only about 10 of these locations in Ohio most of which are only opened limited hours. The average price for admission is $15.00 per rider. Other revenue streams would include camping, concessions and eventually a service and performance shop. I am seeking someone to finance the land acqusition as well as money to construct the track itself. The amonut needed is not yet known I haven't decided on a piece of property yet but it would be between $250,000 and $500,000.
