I want my own meat business. I have a butcher who has been cutting meat and selling for a man that has him traveling from the Midwest to the east coast selling meat. I want to provide a refrigerated truck and we can begin the meat business. He will be responsible for the meat choices which he is very good, then he will cut and package the meat for distribution. The financial end of the business is totally my responsibility. I need approximately $20K for the truck and another $20K to purchase the meat in the beginning and for setup cost and operational expenses.
