Our US-registered limited liability company supplies scrap/waste metals & plastics to Recyclers on long term basis.
We have pending contracts, but lack funding. Therefore we urgently need US$200k working capital loan by 5th September 2008 at 1.5% per month for TWO years, so that we can meet up with our supply schedules.
We would like to have the loan by 5th September 2008 from a single Investor who can make funds available in our business account by 5th September 2008, upon our signing of applicable Loan Agreement.
We maintain business banking relationship with a reputable bank in the EU, and will provide a Standby Bank Guarantee for 50% of the loan upon receipt of funds in our business account.
We cannot provide 100% Standby Bank Guarantee for the loan, because we have to invest the funds in our trading cycles to generate enough profits for paying the 1.5% monthly interest to our Lender.
ATTENTION, PLEASE!
Please we are seeking for a Real Investor who understands our situation (as a Borrower), has the money, and can close our funding request by 5th September 2008. Therefore, we request all Brokers and Intermediaries not to respond to this funding request, unless they are DIRECT MANDATE of the Investor who is ready to loan us the money. Please also pay attention to the fact that we do not welcome any payment of up-front fees to any Brokers, Intermediaries or Mandates.
