I am looking to purchase, rehab and maintain a 118 unit apartment complex at 1814 Smith court in Southeastern Columbus, Ohio, located at the corner of Lockbourne Rd and Smith Rd. The property is currently vacant, making it difficult to find a lender/investor to get me into the property. The total for buy and rehab will be approx. $1.25 million. It will be worth in excess of $3 million when fully operational. The plan is to finish the rehab that was started by the previous buyer and get it fully rented with a management company in 18-24 months. I will then refinance my lender out of the situation.
I have been a rehabber for more than 35 years, mostly in SFH's. I have some experience with multi-family units. This is a new venture for me to jump up into multi-family, but has been my goal for the past 3 years. With your help I can get it done.
