Description: Our small business, AppliedUS Corporation, is seeking $660 thousand in early stage business funding to grow our Energy startup business. Applied US Corp is located in Oceanside, CA and our company currently does not have any sales. I have included some basic details below regarding the funding that we're looking for. Applied US Corp would prefer to receive funding from these types of sources: - Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, Accredited Investors, etc.) At this point in time, we fully intend to use the funds that we raise for the following purposes: - Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, R&D, Sales & Marketing, etc) Our strength lies in our breakthrough patented manufacturing technology capable of producing low-cost complex devices in three steps, without separate production of parts or assembly. Because the method can produce large surface area-per-unit volume, it is especially promising in the field of energy conversion and storage devices such as hydrogen fuel cells, supercapacitors, batteries, electrolyzers, and even solar PV cells. These are the very devices needed to convert clean energy to electricity and store it. Such devices can be produced with far superior performance at low-cost and in significantly reduced sizes. Performance of such devices is expected to be hundreds of times more efficient than their conventional counterparts. These energy devices will replace internal combustion engines, batteries, electricity generators for buildings, and provide unprecedented driving range for vehicles. The annual world market is projected to be above $2 trillion USD within the next ten years. We estimate, we will capture 1% of this market, producing over $7 billion USD in gross profit. We will reach the breakeven point in the second half of the second year. Under the Securities Act of 1933 and Form D, the company is offering its non-registered common stock at an introductory price of $60/share. The minimum investment is $6,000. This offering is for 11,000 shares (about 6% of the outstanding stock). Once completely sold, a second offering will be made at a higher share price to complete the funding. A total of $11 million USD is needed to make the company financially self-reliant within two years and begin mass production of some of its products. We are willing to relocate, and welcome active participation by a major investor with needed skills in the Company management.
