Description:
Zero Carbon Solutions, LLC (“ZCS” or the “Company”) has been established to pursue a roll up
strategy in the emerging energy efficiency sector. To date, no single player has emerged as a
recognized national industry leader in this relatively new field. The Company intends to establish
Zero Carbon Solutions as the brand name in the energy efficiency business, first in the Northeast
and Mid-Atlantic states and we will go national.
