We are an upscale coffee shop in a very tourist oriented area. We provide live music/concerts on the weekends as well as unique food items, gifts and atmosphere. We are very unique, without any competition to speak of in a well travelled tourist destination. The property consists of 1.5 acres, with a beautiful 1/2 acre pond and a 1400 s.f. coffee shop. Also on the property is a barn and a 300 s.f. office building. Fannin County just passed beer and wine pouring licenses. We are planning on future build out on the property: building out the attic for possibly more space or a manager apartment.
