Description:
We are a startup real estate investment company that is looking to wholesale single family residential properties for short term cash flow. Once established, the company will expand to rehabbing distressed and/or vacant properties, focusing initially in the Trenton, NJ area. Our long term vision is to aid in the revitalization and redevelopment of New Jersey inner cities and towns. This will be accomplished by rehabilitating the undervalued housing stock currently in place and providing safe, affordable homes at market level rates.
