We are a LLC with an 85 unit development in Placerville, California. The property currently has 11 units on it of which 8 are producing income. The property is zoned for 87 units and we are working on a tentative map with a townhouse design. We plan on taking the preliminary map back to Planning Commission in March for approval to proceed. We are looking for $250,000 to take us to tentative map and hold the property for a year if we can't get the return we seek. The return on investment for our investors while not gauranteed is estimated to be in excess of 100% of the original investment.
