I was forced to close doors until I can consolidate my debts and renegotiate my commercial mortgage or move operation.
My business is a well established Automotive repair shop,that needs upgrading. Property is now worth about half of what I owe, bank would not talk modification until my finances are more stable and a more improved business plan is (URL removed)re is no need to keep business in this location unless bank is willing to talk principal reduction.I owe about $880K, bank is considering accepting a short sale at $400K. If I cannot negotiate another mortgage or a lower buy out, I will move on to other projects.
