I have been buying short sale homes prior to auction, Some REO's. I have an invester willing to put up 25% I am trying to get into the rehabilitation of homes between the $80K to $300K range for quick flips at a current market (URL removed)e homes are rental or lease to own contracts, Rental market is booming. I like to fill the homes asap or have a buyer lined up prior to purchase. I want to expand into an office and be able to payroll my own rehab crew so I need payroll ect. I have written an Executive Summary with funding projections for 5 years. I would also consider other options.
