Description:
We Produce world class features with a lot of visual effects at a fraction of the price of everyone else out there.
We started the career of Neill Blomkamp (director of District 9), and other notable directors too.
Our speciality is in creating big budget looking projects at a fraction of the price by utilizing our visual effects experience.
Some examples:
All of these short projects were produced for under $10k but have over $150k in value from visual effects, etc.

And this was a feature film we did for under $200k that is just being finished:

We currently have a slate of films we wish to produce and want an investment into that slate. The difference between us and everyone else film wise:
1) We don't produce a film unless 70% is pre-sold. This means that at worst, only 30% of your money is at risk. Often this can be covered by tax credits meaning nothing is at risk. We do everything in our power to make an investment as safe as possible.
2) We don't produce a film unless the sales estimates for the film suggest that the film should double it's value.
3) We only produce films with a Completion Guarantor attached (someone that guarantees completion of the film).
4) We only produce films with "name" actors attached who our sales agent expects a reasonable rate of return from.
5) All of our projects have significant visual effects at a fraction of the cost of everyone else. Will Smith credited doing visual effects films as one of the reasons for his rise to the top of Hollywood.
We can get "matching funds" from other companies to help complete a budget. For example if we come up with 1/2 the budget, we can get the other 1/2 from one of our partners again minimizing the risk.
We've created a scenario where films can be very profitable. Our competitive advantages put us in a league where we can produce a product for less than anyone but have the buyers believe we are spending a lot.
Some of the companies that have expressed an interest in working with us (on the distribution side):
Arclight (www.arclightfilms.com)
Lionsgate (www.lionsgate.com)
Alliance Atlantis (Alliancefilms.com)
I'm interested in any investors looking to get a reasonable rate of return in the film industry while having a lot of fun. All of our investors are invited to come on set and to the film's premiere. And investors get an Executive Producer credit on the film, and get to meet all actors and crew on the film. It's truly a magnificent and fun business. And as long as it's done right...a very safe business to invest in.
