Description:
My husband and I are looking to open a tanning/fitness salon in the Latonia area. We have been looking at several spaces to lease and came across an area that it 4200 sq. ft. and is only $950 a month we couldn't pass it up. It has had over $40k of renovations put into it in the past year. We are looking for help to purchase the beds and equipment to start bringing in income. We think that if we could open with just a few beds we can build to where we would be able to purchase a few more on our own.
