I am looking for funding to expand my company. I currently own and manage four income properties in Central Hamilton with a total of 12 units and would like to continue to acquire income properties to improve cash flow. The area I am focused on is a major growth area in the heart of the city due to its location between downtown, the new expressway, and the highway linking Toronto to Niagara Falls and New York State. The introduction of one of the first Canadian locations of Lowe's Home Improvement and the $100 million redevelopment of Centre Mall, one of Canada's oldest malls are part of the recent improvements in the area. I currently own two properties (four rental units) down the street from Centre Mall, two other four unit rental properties within five minutes of Centre Mall, downtown, and the new expressway as well as my residence which is also located in the same area. My goal is to continue to acquire properties in the area and hire a property management company or have a team of people deal with the tenant issues 24/7 while I focus on improvements and upgrades, expansion, and acquiring capital or financing.
