Description: We all know how well Starbucks has succeeded in the coffee industry. My thought was to take it to the next level with a drive-thru coffee bar which offered gourmet flavored-coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and teas as well as some simple breakfast snacks (i.e. muffins and krispy crème donuts) The building would be about 200 sq ft and would be run by two employees during peak hours and one employee during off hours. The drive-thru would be a dual drive-thru (one on either side of building) with a walk-up window as well. I have been approved for license for a drive-thru coffee shop. The total capitol needed would be $260,000. Here is the general ideal: To build a modular building, fully equipped with computer system all the coffee machines and software would be approximately $170,00
