I am owner of Saratoga Botanicals, LLC, an organic spa and store located in Saratoga Springs, NY, established in 2013. I started with a unique model as a holistic day spa with an inhouse lab and apothecary. My business has grown exponentially in these five years, as organic and green trends continue to rise.
We have recognized an opportunity to expand a service we offer, just one service which has grown to become a majority of our service revenue.
I am looking to branch out and create a new retail/service model for this service, that I forsee will revolutionize the beauty industry and force out an antiquated and unhealthy model of business practiced by our competitors.
Currently there is little to no competition for this service and we are drawing in customers within 60+ miles of our service area. I see my business model expanding rapidally first locally and then regionally. I have prepared projections for a very profitable model, which includes a low overhead expense plan, and an ultimate goal for franchising.
I am looking for approximately $150,000. This would allow us to open one to two locations within the next six months, assess and then move on to the next three to four with in the year. The budget would also allow us to create a recognized brand and the franchise model.
