Structuraly sound in all areas, employees where my number one motive to do all of which I did on a daily bases, pay was appropriated for each one and always giving what they are worth. I was strict with policy,procedure, dress code, attitude, work ethics, training, educationing daily with safety protocols and meetings, conduct of ones self was of a great importance. God guides me on a daily basis and prayers are said for business, employees, my abilities to do all and every aspect in business by the book. This business is my only joy other that my children I am a single mother and stick to work and home. I can not be stuck in the middle at $200 thousand a year, which your probably aware that's when taxes eat up all profits, need and ready to go above with ease, confidence and clarity but need to be able to by large amounts of equipment, supplies, payroll ( don't allow business nor myself stress) and being business minded knowing growing and going for more would of been done with ease but didn't have financing/ funds.
