I am a professional brewer with past experience in brewery ownership looking to start up a brewpub with a canning facility in an underserved market. Fort Collins has 5 successful breweries, all located in the downtown area. We are looking to provide quality beer, food and entertainment with a unique atmosphere to the growing southern edge of town, comprised mostly of middle and upper middle class professionals. While we believe that our pub will thrive, and bring us a steady stream of income form day one, the canning operation will give us a long term growth opportunity with brand recognition and growing distribution.
