Description:
I was a custom Homebuilder from 1991 to 2010. I won the parade of homes in 2009, in all of east texas area. I got out of the building industry because of a decline in sales in 2008 through 2010. I'm now interested in getting back into the business again, but I need a serious investor, to either fund me or be a partner. I still have access to all my sub contractors and can turn out several homes in a short period of time. I dont need a lot of overhead to run my business.i have always been able to handle every day to day task within the scope of the building industry. I'm a very honest, person with a high degree of integrity and confidence. My work has always spoke for itself. I would like to get started as soon as possible with the right fit.
