Clio Toy Company has two types of retro Art Deco building blocks. These are unique in the industry and are ready to order. Funding would be used for inventory and a trip to the NY toy fair in February.
The business plan is ultra low overhead. The exit strategy is that if we do not do well at the toy fair then we sell the inventory to discounters and you receive all of the proceeds. You also receive all of the profits until your investment is recouped after which we will split 50-50.
