After several years and over $1.5 million we have perfected proprietary technology to recycle waste carpet. Only our technology
- is chemical free, recycles 100% of the waste material (none of it ever returns to a landfill)
- creates our own EPA approved clean burning energy (I have over 30 years developing multi-million dollar biomass cogeneration power facilities)
- produces a product line of varying quality levels of recycled nylon in fiber form to 99% pure nylon pellets for injection molding (this can offset or comletely replace the need for virgin nylon in many products)
- produces large carbon credits
- we make money three ways, we are paid to receive the wate material (tipping fee), our energy costs are free and public utilities must purchase our excess energy, and we sell our recycled products
We will operate at an estimated 80% net profit and generate 100's of full-time jobs.
We have complete documentation available including a video of a processing line. Investors will have many options and will be repaid quickly and generously. At the end of year four we will consider public offering.
There is not another recycler in this industry who can make the claims we have made or has the technology we possess.
We are seeking a minimum investment or guaranteed credit line of $35 million.
