Description:
A corner market store that will catered to a very populated area. The store will sell everything from food items to services for utility payments for the community, that lack credit cards and checking accounts. This pull will also draw others to this market. The nearest store for food groceries is 8 miles away and most consumers ride the metro to get there. Their is no other store like this in the Kansas City metro area. The building is already standing, but it needs some major repair to it, and the remodel will give some hope and promise back to the area,
