We are a full-service real estate brokerage that handles traditional retail sales and investment properties. We also have a property management division that currently has 304 properties and is gaining an avg of 10 new properties per month from referral business. Currently, we have 4 full-time staff and 2 full-time leasing associates. We are profitable and growing.
Update Nov 2020... Since this posting. We now have 19 full-time staff and just under 8000 doors under total management. We have a single-family home division, multifamily division, commercial, and HOA/POA, division. We are in Oklahoma and Fort Worth area. We have internalized maintenance, we now own our own licensed HVAC and we will have our plumbing license within a couple of weeks. We are growing and have very specific needs.
