I am Eissa Liwo (Artist name: Eissa // Leo)
I am a Singer-Songwriter, Music Producer & DJ with over 10 years of experience in music.
I was born and raised in Dubai, but my family relocated to the US when I was 8 so I frequently travel between the US & UAE.
I have signed with Bentley Records, an international label based in New York (NYC) that is a subdivision of Luxo Group International.
The label will be providing me with their marketing and distribution services to release my upcoming album this November, and expand the reach that my brand currently has through their artist development services.
In addition to the labels services, I am looking for an investor/ investors to take my brand to the next level in all aspects of my career including:
Marketing and Promotion
Audio Mixing and Production
Tour Support
Video Production
In exchange, I would offer a percentage of the:
Recording Rights - [Profits made when a song is sold]
Publishing Rights - [Profits made as royalties when the song is used through TV/Movie licensing as an example]
Live Performance Rights - [Profits made through Live Performances]
Sponsorship Rights - [Profits made through Sponsorship Deals]
The offer of a percentage of these rights would be applicable to my upcoming album "Complexities" and my previous EP "Broken"
I am open to negotiations regarding the percentage and the number of years the investment deal would consist of, and as added reassurance I would be willing to offer recoupment to the investor first.
[Where 100% of the income would go to the investor till the full amount invested is paid back. Thereafter, the investor would get a 50% split of the profits]
