We are different from our competitors owing to superior quality, exclusive, patented chute Life Safety improvements, and International Building Code changes we have initiated with the assistance of Underwriters' Laboratories (UL) that require those improvements. We work nationally through the industry's only distributor network. We have grown faster than we can support with limited capital.
We are embarking on an acquisition process that will allow us to dominate the industry. We are looking for an immediate infusion of about $200,000 to solidify our current position and a total of $1.6 million to conclude the first acquisition if an SBA loan we have applied for does not come through. The immediate infusion is necessary with or without the SBA loan.
We are willing to offer equity in the company in return, and proportional to,the monies provided. Current and projected income statements, balance sheets are available to qualified respondents as are descriptions of upside benefits and exit strategies.
