We are buying properties and rehabing for rentals and or sales for profits. We are working with tax sale proeprties in the midwest and pre-foreclosure proeprties in CA with at least a current 40% equity position. We are both Mortage and Real Estate lic. We are looking for short term funds from 12-18 months with a preset interest earned for those 12-18 months. For the first few deals we would be willing to do some profit sharing to show that we are experienced at this typs of projects. Myself and my partner both have construction back grounds as well. Framing to finish work electrical and plumbing as well.
