Description: I have a publishing contract for a book called "The Three Dimensional Leader". I have a unique executive management concept that is profound and easy to comprehend, and which resonates with people. Everytime I have spoken on the material in my book, I get several more invitations to speak on them. This book really is part of a three-part series of books. My tilogy on the unique III-dimensional leadership principles has information on running all types of organizations, including business, education, government, not-for-profit service organizations and retail, and the book includes insightful interviews from leaders of these types of organizations. My challenge is that I need money to focus on writing. Investment means that I will be able to devote time to writing and fulfilling my destiny with these leadership literary products. My investment return model proposes an approximated 25% return on a $30,000 investment over the course of a one year to 1.5 years time period. The principles in my book helped me to achieve the following outstanding results: I have achieved outstanding leadership results in education, government and in private not-for-profit and volunteer organizations. ? As a high school English teacher 92% - 94 of my students passed the NY State Regents exams, where as most teachers in the State average between 50% - 76% student passage rates. ? As a State Veterans Benefits Counselor I won the largest retroactive VA settlement in NY State history ? As a State Veterans Program Administrator, I led the organization to meet its federal performance standards for the first time in history and by my fourth and fifth quarters at the helm, employees exceeded those standards by ten percent to fifteen percent in most categories. I consistently have achieved better than expected results in every venture I have undertaken, and I am looking for a financial partner, or partners, to facilitate me keeping momentum with my new venture.
