HEST international an innovative health idea was founded to provide medical information through sms. One sends a key word and receives instant reply through the phone. WE are currently limited to Kenya but aim to expand to the regional map. We have in plan to do the same through email services to our clients. We hope to be the provider of choice for this kind of innovation. We have other services like (URL removed) or ask-a-guru doing such kind of service. We are specific on having health information being delivered to our client. I this region, internet connectivity is limited to few people but through this, we reach more customers with this system. We hope to do the same through printed magazines as we expand.
The system is currently running well with limited clients accessing and getting information. WE are limited in terms of growth and hope to get an investor who will help us advertise this system that we may reach our target. We know that it is possible to get about 10M sms requests in Africa per month and that translates to high revenue returns.
Once we have the investor we have an exit strategy to be agreed upon. This system will do well in Africa since it has not been launched in this region but has been successful in USA.
