Over the past 3 years I have been developing a mechanical system to prep mine tailings and refractory ores for extraction of additional values. Many tailings and principle ores have precious metals encapsulated within a silicon matrix or coated with other chemically inert substances, thus rendering chemical dissolution ineffective or economically unfeasible. My proprietary equipment and process has proven extremely cost effective in recovering a great percentage of these seemingly unrecoverable values. I am just starting to build a 3rd design generation unit to establish efficiency and equipment size standards when, due to the economic downturn of the real estate market, my primary investor had to pull out.
