Description:
Polliwogs Playland Inc. represents an opportunity to provide children and caregivers with a secure, safe, enjoyable place to interact with others and gain fitness through play. It will provide new job opportunities and community growth.
Polliwogs Playland Inc is conceived as an indoor children’s playground targeted for children ages 18 months through 8 years of age. In addition it will provide a place where caregivers can relax in an environment where the feel assured that their charges are in a safe place where the children can be physically active. Additionally, we aim at play beginning at a younger age (18 months, or younger) and for those with physical limitations and special needs.
Our services will not only include play for children but will offer the accompanying adults more mature pastimes to participate in while their children play. Polliwogs Playland will offer a place to gather for conversation, use of games tables (e.g.: Euchre, Monopoly, Backgammon, Chess, and Cribbage game tables.), and possibly light exercise/stretching groups for the adults while the soft mat area is not in use by children should there be an interest to participate by those in attendance.
It is projected that this business has great growth potential. After the initial investment the ongoing costs can be reasonably forecast and with continued promotion the company should be able to reach goals, repaying creditors in good order within three to five years. Although we would be requesting a longer term to ensure that there are sufficient funds to put back into the company for continued growth and strength and not place undo hardship on the corporate structure.
