We started out by having small parties where food was cooked and catered for at least 50 people at a time. m Food consisted of Indian Vegetarian and Non Vegetarin - Spicy and non Spicy. Catered for the old and the young people of Ethinc Groups. We believe that this kind of catering service will work amongst the old and young disadvantaged people who can not make their own cultural food. Our aim is to cater for the elderely and the young in small set up business where we can deliver cooked foods as required and also have a small eat in place for the public. We are looking into investing small amount of our savings into forming a business in Australia or USA. Working with the Government would also be helpful.
