This is a educational/consulting business which focus on better health care delivery at the bedside by improving the health care managerial systems. As more an more merging of health care corporations occur more problems arise with managing the individual entities. The bed side patients are affected by the management of the healthcare delivery and waste at the bedside. There is a Walmart and Mcdonalds affect being applied to health care as these entities grow and merge. It is essential that these organizations learn to manage patients safety and satisfaction, improve workplace environments for nurses and employees as well as reduce costs of waste and maintence of standards in the workplace. As a patient I have been treated poorly and ignored due to the high demand of workloads on all health care settings. My goal is to improve as many nurses lives as well as patient satisfaction rates in many of these difficult situations through the proper training of managerial staff in hospitals.
