We have formed QFC,with the top management personel of our former Co, which was involved in building food processing equipment for Tysons, Kraft, Smithfield Foods, Sanderson Farms, Boca etc,. We complied approx 2500 Companies to build from, many of our connections are with Wendy's, MacDonlds, KFC, Sonic etc, . The equipment we build is for a percentage of pick up of predust, batter, and breading before entering the fryer. The products are well known, nuggets,tenders,fingers,and wings, in the poultry. The fish products are Miss Pauls, Gortons, etc. We also have connections in the beef and pork industry, What we are in need of is working captial of 250,000 and equipment listed at 143,000 this would hold us out for the Ist year. We have verbal contracts with four major Companies, we have put
