I am an indivual. I own a 20 acre parcel of land in Texas in a city that will become very popular within the next 2 years. I bought this 20 acre parcel 2 years ago when none of my friends believed me when I told them of the future of this land. As we know, the southwest part of Texas is going to one of the fastest growing areas in the country being that the federal government has allocated money to build a bridge to basically annex Juarez Mexico to El Paso to create a new economy for El Paso. The 20 parcel that I own is located is about 45 minutes outside El Paso. The parcel is highway frontage property and lots of travelers and truckers pass through the area.
